1. Who we are
SolidPicksUK (https://solidpicksuk.com) is run by Venturescape Limited, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 7th Floor, 8 Shepherd Market, Mayfair, London W1J 7JY, United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms and confirm you are 18 or older.
2. Adults only
The site is for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you must not use it.
3. The puzzles
All games on the site are free to play and are for entertainment only. You do not need an account. Scores, streaks and completed puzzles are just for fun.
4. Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- try to break into, disrupt or overload the site
- scrape the site or use bots to play
- copy, reproduce or republish our puzzles or code
- use the site for anything unlawful
5. Our content
The puzzle designs, artwork, text and code on the site belong to Venturescape Limited or its licensors. The rules of traditional puzzles such as Sudoku and Hex are not ours; our versions of them are.
6. Changes to the site
We may update, pause or remove any puzzle or part of the site at any time. The site is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
7. Links to other sites
We are not responsible for websites we link to.
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

11. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep any mandatory consumer rights in your own country.
